Refund & Return Policy

At GOSTORO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality products that solve real problems. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🔄 Replacements

If you received a damaged or defective product, we offer a free replacement at no extra cost.

Please share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

Replacements are subject to product availability.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
